Poll the status of a site request

Status of an onboarding request, for polling. Pass the pollToken from the create response as a Bearer token.

pending_activation: the email is out; waiting for the click. activated: the person clicked and the site is being set up (it stays here if publishing failed, until the site is published). live: the site is published; pageTree.status says whether its page addresses are ready yet, and dashboardUrl and trialEndsAt are set. expired: not activated within 48 hours. blocked: the account cannot take another site on its plan, or the request is on hold; blockedReason says which. Poll no faster than pollAfterSeconds.
