Retry behavior

Sotion expects your endpoint to respond with a 2xx status code (e.g. 200 OK) to acknowledge receipt. If your endpoint returns a non-2xx status or doesn't respond within 10 seconds, the delivery is considered failed and will be retried.

• Retries: Up to 3 attempts with automatic backoff

• Timeout: 10 seconds per attempt

• Dead letter: After 3 failed attempts, the event is moved to a dead letter queue and no further retries are made

There is no way to manually replay failed events at this time. Make sure your endpoint is reliable and responds quickly.
