Viewing invoices and receipts

Sotion uses a hosted Stripe Billing Portal for subscription management. From the billing portal, you can view your billing history and download invoices and receipts for your records or accounting needs.

Only Team Owners can access billing settings. If you cannot open billing, ask a Team Owner to retrieve invoices for that Team.

Access your invoices and receipts

  1. Sign in to Sotion and switch to the Team you want to view billing for.

  2. Open that Team's billing settings.

  3. Select the option to manage your subscription. This opens Sotion's hosted Stripe Billing Portal.

  4. In the billing portal, navigate to your billing history to view and download invoices and receipts.

How billing works for Teams

Each Team has its own subscription and billing history. If you belong to multiple Teams, invoices and receipts are separate for each Team. You need to access each Team's billing settings to view that Team's documents.

What you can do from the billing portal

  • View your complete billing history

  • Download past invoices and receipts

  • Update your payment method

  • Review your current subscription details
