Understanding your plan

Sotion offers four plans: Basic, Starter, Pro, and Scale. This guide explains what each plan includes so you can choose the right one before you publish a site or set up membership features.

All plans include a 7-day free trial, and no credit card is required to start. You can choose monthly or yearly billing, and yearly billing gives you 2 months free.

How Sotion billing works

Sotion offers both monthly and yearly billing. Plans offer increasing number of sites/portals and features.

On Sotion one site or portal is defined as a 'main' Notion page connected to a custom domain. All the sub-pages of the main page will be accessible via the custom domain.

Every plan also includes a Sotion subdomain, so you can publish without setting up a custom domain first.

Pro

Pro is for teams building client portals and membership-based experiences.

Scale

Scale is for larger business needs that need more portals , onboarding support, and advanced no-code integrations.

How to choose the right plan

  • Choose Basic if you need one published site and want branding, SEO, and custom code controls.

  • Choose Starter if you need multiple sites and want to protect pages with a password or remove Sotion branding from custom domains.

  • Choose Pro if you need membership management, scoped access, page-level access controls, or unlimited members and team members.

  • Choose Scale if you need the highest site limit, dedicated onboarding, and no-code integrations.

What happens if your needs change

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
